Book now for the next coaching programme!

It’s not Christmas yet, but the programme for coaching from January to March 2023 is open for booking!

There’s a special, one-off seasonal Skills and Drills session on Friday 30th December at 11:00 – 12:30. It’s £10 for adult members, £8 for juniors and £15 for non-members. Email us to reserve a place.

Winter coaching runs on Sunday mornings. This year there are two sessions to cater for a wider range of skills and interests:

Skills and Drills at 10:00 – 11:30: for experienced/stronger players looking to have a good workout on court and practice their match play;

On Track Tennis at 11:30 – 12:30: designed to build skills for players who have enjoyed Start to Play or Back to Tennis during the summer or want to get back into tennis but haven’t played for many years.

With the limit of no more than 12 players per session, reserve your place now!

Juniors who are advanced enough to play with adults are welcome at both of these sessions and we offer junior rates for both “pay and play” and course bookings. Register your junior using this form.

You can find the full programme and details of the course fees here.

Santa’s special fun tournament!

What a lovely December day we had! Many enthusiastic participants played for 3 hours on Sunday 4th December for our traditional Christmas fun tournament!

Congratulations to winners Harry and Sue and a big thank you to coach Damian Lane for organising the tournament.

Festive Fun Tournament – Register Now!

Following our tradition of recent years, we are delighted to announce that our Christmas Festive Fun Tournament will take place on Sunday 4th December from 13:00 – 16:00.

Get into the Christmas spirit by dusting off your best seasonal jumper, or maybe dig out your secret elf, reindeer or Father Christmas outfit! We will be serving festive treats, hot chocolate and mulled wine to get the party started for the prize giving and the raffle.

Everyone is welcome – members, non-members, family and friends. You can register to play or come to spectate and enjoy the refreshments and raffle. Children and teenagers who can play with regular balls, can serve and sustain a rally are also welcome to join the adults on court.

It’s free to take part although a donation of a Christmas raffle prize would be much appreciated to support club funds.

Register now to book your place as numbers are limited to 24.
